The
4s Viewer for the Cellpro charger and the 6s Viewer for the BalancePro
HD charger monitors all cell voltages during a charge with an accuracy
to 6mV. Current and capacity reading are accurate to 1%. The software
graphs individual charge voltages and prints them to the printer or
saves them to a disk file that can be re-loaded and viewed.
Simple setup instructions for the Viewer Software is built into the
on-line Help
The main status screen of the 4s (and 6s) charger Viewer software
shows the supply and pack voltages along with each of the individual
cell voltages. Additional information like the percent fuel, charge
time, charge current, and current put back into the pack are also
displayed.

Graphing Examples
The left graph is an example of recharging a normal 4-cell Cellpro
pack. Note that all 4 cells are very close in voltages from the
start of charging to the finish. This is a sign of normal cell behavior.
The right graph is an example of recharging an already charged 3-cell
Cellpro pack so that it simply checks the cell balance.
While both graphs show the recharging of a 6-cell BalancePro HD
pack, the graph on the left shows a normal pack and the graph on
the right shows an unbalanced pack which can be a sign of a problem
cell. The weaker cell #3 (in red) does not match the other 5 cells
in the pack and charged up much faster suggesting that it has a
diminished capacity.
