We are joining forces with our long standing manufacturing partner, Leo Industries, of Singapore to launch a new business model designed to benefit our growing consumer base. Operating jointly under the Revolectrix brand, FMA Direct and Leo Industries have now completed a massive effort to move all warehousing, shipping and logistics to Leo’s facilities in Singapore. FMA and Leo will remain independently owned and operated but tied closely together through a complete system of product design, sales and support. Starting with an investment in a powerful new accounting and E-commerce platform, Revolectrix is launching this aggressive new business venture July 19, 2010.

Moving the business functions of warehousing, shipping, order fulfillment and certain accounting procedures to Singapore saves FMA Direct a sizable amount of money. That savings is passed directly to the consumer in the form of lower retail prices on all the products you purchased previously from FMA Direct. Customer support and service will still be maintained at the highest levels through FMA Direct in Frederick, Maryland for all North and South American customers, including continued management of FMA Direct online forums. Customer support outside North and South America will be managed by Leo Industries. The new shipping software will be completely automated so you can track shipments from the new website. Please complete a new customer account on the Revo Store website even if you are a returning FMA Direct customer. As always you can still call FMA to place orders or get the type of direct support that so many of our customers love. Our technical support phone line will still be in service as will all sales lines from FMA in case you want to phone in an order. Now, you can have it all: factory direct pricing that competes with China on U.S. designed, quality products AND real product support!
